To this end we have developed an in-house procedure for copy editing and proof-reading. We are now able to pass on these benefits to companies who require independent checks on their own literature.

Our proof-reading procedure systematically identifies errors on hard (paper) copy, such as grammatical errors, poor technical understanding and visual formatting errors. These errors can be passed back to the author for rectification or corrected by our own copy editing staff.

Our experts are also able to combine copy editing and proof-reading with factual checks. Factual checks are used to ensure that what has been written is actually correct. For example, we have recently been involved with checking new system specific technical specifications against the generic standards from which they were derived.

All our own documentation is produced using Microsoft^® Word and, naturally, we have specialists who are experts in the use of this industry standard word processing package. So, additionally, the procedure is also used to check for errors associated with Microsoft^® Word formatting, such as incorrect use of heading styles, pagination etc. Our specialists can rectify these errors for you. We can also index your documents, and provide contents lists, etc.
